The Charleston Southern Lady Buccaneers () visit the Auburn Tigers () on Friday, November 26, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. ET.

The team’s top Sania Wells’ 11 points weren’t enough in Auburn’s 57-49 loss to Little Rock on Wednesday in their most recent outing.

Sha’Mya Leigh’s 11-point lead weren’t enough in Charleston Southern’s 74-48 loss to Western Carolina on Saturday in their most recent action.

Auburn team statistics

Auburn averaged 65.2 points per game last year, 1.8 less than the 67 Charleston Southern allowed per game. The Tigers were just 4-7 last season when they collected over 67 points.

Alyssia Faye averaged 11.8 points and 6.9 rebounds per game, leading Charleston Southern in both scoring and rebounding last season. The Lady Buccaneers also got 9.8 points from Walker, while Sharita Godfrey added 9.7 points and 5.4 rebounds per game.

Godfrey led the charge in shooting the basketball for Charleston Southern last season, making 44% of his shots over the arc while averaging 1.6 scores per game from a three-point field.
