Raleigh entrepreneur joins National Small Business Association board leadership 2022

The National Small Business Association (NSBA) has appointed entrepreneur and advocate for the small business economy, Olalah Njenga, for a three-year term on the Board of Directors

RALEIGH, North Carolina, January 20, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — The National Small Business Association (NSBA) has elected Olalah Njenga to serve on the board of directors for a three-year term beginning in 2022. The NSBA is the nation’s oldest small business advocacy organization and operates in a decidedly non-partisan manner. based. Njenga, a recognized leader in the small business community, joins other small business advocates across the country who are working to promote the interests of small business to decision makers in washington d.c.

“Labour, organization, capitalization and compliance are the four forces of the small business economy. Each of these forces presents challenges and opportunities for business owners,” Njenga said. “Overcoming these challenges and capitalizing on these opportunities through good policymaking is critical. I look forward to working with the NSBA as we urge Congress and the administration to ease the burden on small businesses and to support pro-small business policies.”

Njenga’s company, YellowWood Group, based in North Carolina, is a strategic development and consulting firm founded in 2003. The firm partners with business leaders to turn ideas into goals and goals into results.

Njenga has been active with the NSBA for several years and has been an exemplary representative of small business issues at the national and state level. In addition to her new leadership role with the NSBA, Njenga continues to hold other leadership roles at the state and national level, where she is a strong advocate for the small business economy.
