A Ukrainian peace rally is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. today at Charleston City Hall – it’s one of many rallies that are planned or have already taken place in response to the nation’s invasion by Russia. Meanwhile, the governor’s mansion was lit up in the colors of the Ukrainian flag and US Senator Lindsey Graham is calling on the United States to increase oil production to further reduce Russia’s assets. An expert has warned that Russian aggression could lead to higher wheat, oil and gas prices in South Carolina. Russian investments have also come under scrutiny, and a report found that Russia is among the top 25 countries from which South Carolina imports goods.
